Whenever I listen to to Mannequin, I'm always reminded of the deadly and vicotorian Silence Ember Tarleton [Tavington]. Stuck in the body of a 5 year girl and is still learning to control her adult form, Silence is deadly and sinister. While donning Elegant Gothic Lolita clothes and following their culture, she is a doll maker. But her dolls are not ones to be treated badly...

When she preys on her victims, she only takes the victims with the fairest hair and body. She scalps them and rips out their eyes. She then detaches the very soul of her victim and place it in her doll. From there on, she creates her devilish and killing machine dolls.

Silence is the last child of Arianith in the past life, but, "she" was never born into the world, since the demon Astrademous Of Eternal Demise, ripped out the fetus of Arianith and killed it before it was alive, which also ended Arianith's life and massacred the Macabre L+I+L+I+T+H bloodline [also the Royale Family of the SinnerHood]. The child that Arianith was carrying when the War broke out was rumored to be the most powerful child out of Arianith's kinship and leader of the group; the title the child was recieved was "Child Of Forsaken".

In the original, Silence is close with Cecilia and learns a lot about Human life from her. Silence is like her name, speaks little and when she does, is very sharp-tongued and critical. She doesn't like being held back when she can't scalp a victim with perfect hair. She only listens to Cecilia or Juliana in that kind of situation and won't disobey her beloved sister or the woman who brought her into this world.

In the fanfiction, she's exactly the same, except, she does as she pleases when it comes to killing people and doesn't care if she is punished.

Since she is the infamous "Child Of Forsaken", Silence has a lot of pressure on her shoulders in both the fanfiction and original and a duty to uphold for her siblings and her race, she puts all of that stress and honor into making dolls, killers sent by the Devil or dolls made for little girls to play with.

In the fanfiction, her love interest is Lance Alvers, even though in the beginning he is in love with her step-sister Arista and the fact of her very young appearance doesn't appeal to him, even though she's older than she looks.

Silence's saying in the original and fanfic is "I am the Mannequin Of Beauty" so thus, that is why I put the quote in there.

The background picture is from a concert I went to and I found it fit this picture very well.
